Bruce is just one of those guys that just wants to help people. This combined with a real passion for health and wellness has lead him to iHealth Saunas. He is a husband to Nicole and a farther to Oliver and Monica. The entire family train at Crossfit 25 in Melbourne and Monica is the head trainer there. He is a Masters athlete and has competed at Crossfit on a National Level.
