We understand that you probably have lots of questions about our saunas as you decide whether to purchase one. We love speaking with you to ensure they completely understand how an iHealth Sauna at home can improve your and your family's health, how they are installed and how they work.
To make this process even easier, we have summarised the four most common questions we get about our saunas. And, as always, if you have any other questions please do contact us here.
1. Where In My Home Can They Be Placed?
Our saunas require are a solid flat surface and a powerpoint. We have the a sauna locator download and a full video and article on this here.
2. How Much Do iHealth Saunas Cost?
Our saunas typically range from $4,500 - $8,500 depending on the size and model. You can easily see the full range and prices here.
3. Are They Expensive To Run?
Because infrared doesn’t waste energy heating the air like a traditional sauna, our saunas are actually pretty cheap to run - they cost between 30 - 50 cents per half hour to run depending on the model. And they just plug into a normal powerpoint (excluding the 3PFS and Outdoor models), so the electrical hook up is very simple.
4. Is Infrared Light Safe?
Infrared is a safe wavelength of light (or energy), which we humans feel as heat. Infrared works by heating the body directly, warming us safely to create a cardiovascular workout on the body whilst removing heavy metals and toxins. Infrared is different to steam or hot rocks sauna in that it heats the body at a lower more comfortable temperature. Plus, our saunas are super safe from fire risk as they're Australian Electrically Certified.
